Estos Términos de Uso (“Términos”) son un acuerdo entre tú y SonniTech Solutions LLC (“Cotizza”, “nosotros”), operadora de Cotizza, sobre el uso de la app Cotizza y el sitio www.cotizza.net (el “Servicio”). Al usar el Servicio aceptas estos Términos. Si no estás de acuerdo, no uses el Servicio.

1. Qué es Cotizza
Cotizza es una herramienta que te ayuda a crear presupuestos y facturas bilingües, organizar clientes, gastos, ingresos y equipo, y conectar con clientes a través de un marketplace. Cotizza es una herramienta de apoyo; tú eres responsable de tu negocio, tus precios y tus obligaciones legales y fiscales.
2. Tu cuenta
Puedes usar muchas funciones sin cuenta, con tus datos guardados en el teléfono. Si creas una cuenta, eres responsable de mantener segura tu contraseña y de la actividad en tu cuenta. Debes tener al menos 18 años y proporcionar información veraz.
3. Uso aceptable
Te comprometes a no:
- Usar el Servicio para actividades ilegales, fraudulentas o engañosas.
- Subir contenido que infrinja derechos de terceros o que sea ofensivo o ilícito.
- Intentar vulnerar, sobrecargar o realizar ingeniería inversa del Servicio.
- Usar el Servicio para enviar spam o acosar a otros usuarios del marketplace.
4. Tu contenido
Todo lo que creas (presupuestos, facturas, clientes, fotos, etc.) es tuyo. Nos concedes una licencia limitada únicamente para alojar, procesar y mostrarte ese contenido y prestarte el Servicio. Eres responsable de tener los permisos necesarios sobre el contenido que subes, incluyendo los datos de tus clientes y empleados.
5. Presupuestos con IA
Las partidas y precios generados por la IA son sugerencias automáticas basadas en tu descripción. Pueden contener errores. Tú debes revisarlos, ajustarlos y aprobarlos antes de enviarlos a un cliente. Cotizza no garantiza la exactitud de los importes ni sustituye tu criterio profesional ni asesoría legal, contable o fiscal.
6. Pagos y cobros
Cotizza no procesa pagos entre tú y tus clientes. Si agregas un enlace de cobro (Stripe, PayPal, Square u otro), el cobro se realiza a través de ese proveedor y sujeto a sus términos. Eres responsable de cobrar, facturar y declarar impuestos correctamente.
7. Marketplace
Si usas el marketplace, tu perfil y publicaciones son visibles para otros usuarios. Cotizza es solo un punto de encuentro: no somos parte del acuerdo entre negocios y clientes, no verificamos a los usuarios ni garantizamos ningún trabajo, cotización o pago. Trata con otros usuarios con precaución.
8. Planes y precios
Cotizza puede ofrecerse de forma gratuita y/o con planes de pago. Los precios, límites y condiciones de los planes se informarán dentro de la app o en este sitio antes de que contrates cualquier plan. Las suscripciones a través de App Store o Google Play se rigen también por las reglas de esas tiendas.
9. Propiedad intelectual
El Servicio, la marca Cotizza, su logo y su software son propiedad de SonniTech Solutions LLC y están protegidos por la ley. No puedes copiarlos ni usarlos sin autorización, salvo el uso normal de la app.
10. Servicios de terceros
El Servicio se apoya en terceros (como Supabase, Anthropic, Expo y las tiendas de aplicaciones). Su uso puede estar sujeto a sus propios términos. No somos responsables de los servicios o contenidos de terceros.
11. Garantías
El Servicio se ofrece “tal cual” y “según disponibilidad”. En la medida que permita la ley, no ofrecemos garantías de que el Servicio sea ininterrumpido, libre de errores o adecuado para un fin específico.
12. Limitación de responsabilidad
En la medida máxima permitida por la ley, Cotizza no será responsable de daños indirectos, incidentales o consecuentes, ni de pérdida de ingresos, datos o clientela derivada del uso del Servicio. Nuestra responsabilidad total se limita a lo que hayas pagado por el Servicio en los 12 meses anteriores, si aplica.
13. Terminación
Puedes dejar de usar el Servicio y eliminar tu cuenta cuando quieras. Podemos suspender o cerrar cuentas que incumplan estos Términos o la ley.
14. Cambios a los Términos
Podemos actualizar estos Términos. Publicaremos la versión vigente aquí con su fecha. Si sigues usando el Servicio después de un cambio, aceptas los nuevos Términos.
15. Ley aplicable
Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Míchigan y las leyes federales de los Estados Unidos, sin perjuicio de los derechos irrenunciables que te correspondan como consumidor en tu país o estado de residencia. Cotizza está disponible en Estados Unidos y otros países; si usas el Servicio desde fuera de EE. UU., eres responsable de cumplir las leyes locales que te apliquen.

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and SonniTech Solutions LLC (“Cotizza”, “we”), operator of Cotizza, about your use of the Cotizza app and the website www.cotizza.net (the “Service”). By using the Service you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. What Cotizza is
Cotizza is a tool that helps you create bilingual estimates and invoices, organize clients, expenses, income and team, and connect with clients through a marketplace. Cotizza is a support tool; you are responsible for your business, your prices and your legal and tax obligations.
2. Your account
You can use many features without an account, with your data stored on your phone. If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your password safe and for activity on your account. You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate information.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for illegal, fraudulent or deceptive activities.
- Upload content that infringes third-party rights or that is offensive or unlawful.
- Attempt to breach, overload or reverse-engineer the Service.
- Use the Service to send spam or harass other marketplace users.
4. Your content
Everything you create (estimates, invoices, clients, photos, etc.) is yours. You grant us a limited license solely to host, process and display that content to you and provide the Service. You are responsible for having the necessary permissions over the content you upload, including your clients' and employees' data.
5. AI estimates
The line items and prices generated by the AI are automated suggestions based on your description. They may contain errors. You must review, adjust and approve them before sending them to a client. Cotizza does not guarantee the accuracy of amounts and does not replace your professional judgment or legal, accounting or tax advice.
6. Payments
Cotizza does not process payments between you and your clients. If you add a payment link (Stripe, PayPal, Square or another), the payment is made through that provider and subject to its terms. You are responsible for collecting, invoicing and reporting taxes correctly.
7. Marketplace
If you use the marketplace, your profile and posts are visible to other users. Cotizza is only a meeting point: we are not a party to the agreement between businesses and clients, we do not verify users and we do not guarantee any job, quote or payment. Deal with other users with caution.
8. Plans and pricing
Cotizza may be offered for free and/or with paid plans. Prices, limits and plan terms will be disclosed in the app or on this site before you purchase any plan. Subscriptions through the App Store or Google Play are also governed by those stores' rules.
9. Intellectual property
The Service, the Cotizza brand, its logo and its software are owned by SonniTech Solutions LLC and protected by law. You may not copy or use them without authorization, except for normal use of the app.
10. Third-party services
The Service relies on third parties (such as Supabase, Anthropic, Expo and the app stores). Their use may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services or content.
11. Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or fit for a particular purpose.
12. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cotizza will not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of revenue, data or customers arising from use of the Service. Our total liability is limited to what you paid for the Service in the previous 12 months, if applicable.
13. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account anytime. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms or the law.
14. Changes to the Terms
We may update these Terms. We'll post the current version here with its date. If you keep using the Service after a change, you accept the new Terms.
15. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan and the federal laws of the United States, without prejudice to the non-waivable rights you may have as a consumer in your country or state of residence. Cotizza is available in the United States and other countries; if you use the Service from outside the U.S., you are responsible for complying with the local laws that apply to you.
